- Digestion concerns (IBS, IBD, Chron's, Colitis, Celiac)
- Emotional imbalances
- Men's health (hormonal imbalances, prostate health)
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Thyroid imbalances (hypo, hyper, Hashimoto's, Graves)
- Women's health (hormonal imbalances, PMS, menopause, endometriosis)
What does my first appointment entail?
Your first appointment with Dr. Beatty is 2 hours long, and includes a full medical history, a basic physical examination and a live blood cell analysis. At the end of the first part of the appointment, Dr Beatty will provide you with the initial protocol to kick start your healing process, a 90 page printed book to support and guide you through the protocol, and a USB key with over 100 recipes to support your journey.
My child has an appointment with Dr Beatty, do they have to stay for the whole time?
Ideally your child will be present for the initial 1½ hours with Dr Beatty. If this is not possible, please contact the clinic to arrange for another approach. Whether your child attends the health coaching appointment is your choice! Many parents come alone, because they are responsible for the shopping and cooking. However, slightly older children are more than welcome, and encouraged, to attend.
Does Dr Beatty do phone appointments?
Dr Beatty is legally required to see you in person for your initial visit, however for short follow up appointments, phone appointments can be arranged if you do not live in the Durham Region.
Do the Health Coaches do phone or Skype appointments?
Yes! Mike works with clients from all over! While sitting face to face in an office can be the most effective, Skype appointments are a great alternative if you live far away. Phone appointments are an option as well.
